Our approach allows you to partner with a menopause certified nurse practitioner who will develop an individualized treatment plan made specifically for you.

What to expect

This practice takes a unique approach, setting it apart from traditional medical facilities by offering comprehensive consultations that integrate lifestyle/functional medicine into the care plan. During this in-depth visit, the provider reviews each client’s medical, surgical, and family history, relevant preventive screenings, current and recommended medications and supplements, and personal health goals to create a tailored plan for optimal well-being.

Join me and others going through similar symptoms in our monthly meetings. You will learn about perimenopause, menopause, and what to expect in the post-menopause stage of your life. This is a great way to ask questions amongst your peers with the support of a menopause specialist.

For those seeking a more personalized and in-depth approach, the membership plan includes a functional medicine plan of care, designed for individuals with chronic conditions or those who prefer closer follow-up. This approach focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of disease, rather than simply managing symptoms, to promote long-term wellness and improved quality of life.

Additionally, the membership plan includes concierge assistance, providing clients with enhanced support, direct access to their provider, and priority scheduling. This concierge-level care ensures a seamless and personalized experience, allowing for ongoing guidance, quicker response times, and a more proactive approach to health management.

1:1 - Health consultations/coaching.
$499/month for 6 month minimum.
10% discount if paid in full for 6 months.
90-120 minute initial consult with weekly check-ins (1st month).
Twice a month follow-ups (months 2-6).
